Our Philosophy
Divine Vibe is designed as a calm emotional sanctuary that respects your privacy, emotional safety, and personal space. Your personal sanctuary data remains under your control. We collect as little as possible, and most of your experience stays entirely on your device.
Privacy is not just policy. It's part of the sanctuary.
1. What We Collect
Data Stored Locally on Your Device
- Garden flowers and growth progress
- Mood entries
- Goals and intentions
- Ritual history
- App preferences
- Audio settings
- Onboarding completion
- Local subscription entitlement/cache status
- An optional display name chosen by you
This data never leaves your device in the current version of the app. Data is retained locally until you choose to delete it or remove the app.
What We Do NOT Collect
- We do not require an account
- We do not collect your email address
- We do not track your location
- We do not record your sessions
- We do not profile your emotions
- We do not monitor private reflections
- We do not sell or share personal data
- We do not use invasive analytics
- We do not use manipulative engagement tracking
2. Audio & Media
Divine Vibe includes atmospheric audio, ambient environments, and visual experiences stored within the application.
No microphone recordings are collected or transmitted.
3. Device Permissions
Divine Vibe may use limited device capabilities or permissions such as:
- Audio playback functionality
- Background audio playback
Any optional permissions can be managed in your device settings.
4. Notifications
If enabled in future versions, Divine Vibe may send gentle reminder notifications designed to support calm routines and emotional reflection.
Notifications are optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
5. Future Features
Cloud Sync & Accounts
Future versions may introduce optional features such as:
- Cross-device synchronization
- Account login
- Secure backups
If introduced:
- You will always be informed before any sanctuary data leaves your device
- Sync will always be optional
- You will be able to delete your data
- This Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly
Subscriptions & Premium Features
Divine Vibe includes a V1 monthly membership foundation using Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchase systems. Purchases are optional, and pricing is shown before purchase.
Divine Vibe does not directly collect or store credit card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials. Apple App Store and Google Play process payments under their own systems and privacy policies.
The current version does not include accounts, cloud sync, Firebase, RevenueCat, analytics, advertising systems, or third-party subscription-management services.
Future versions may offer additional optional premium features, sound packs, rituals, garden expansions, cloud sync, or other paid experiences. If those features are introduced, this Privacy Policy will be updated before they are activated.
To provide and restore membership access, Divine Vibe may process limited purchase-related information such as:
- Product ID
- Purchase status
- Restore status
- Transaction or receipt information provided by the app stores
- Purchase platform
- Local entitlement/cache status stored on your device
This information is used only to provide access to purchased features, restore purchases, prevent misuse, and comply with store requirements.
RevenueCat is not currently implemented. If a service such as RevenueCat or another subscription-management provider is used in the future, limited purchase and subscription data may be processed by that provider to manage entitlements and restore purchases. This Privacy Policy will be updated before that happens.
Subscription data will not be used to profile emotions, analyze private reflections, sell personal data, or track users for advertising.
The "Restore Purchases" feature checks Apple App Store or Google Play purchase records to restore access to previously purchased membership features.
Analytics & Diagnostics
Future versions may optionally collect limited anonymous technical information such as:
- Crash reports
- Device type and operating system version
- General performance diagnostics
This information would never include private reflections, emotional content, ritual entries, or personal sanctuary data.
6. Third-Party Services
Divine Vibe currently uses Apple App Store and Google Play purchase systems through Flutter's in-app purchase framework for optional membership purchases and restore purchases.
The current version does not implement:
- RevenueCat
- Firebase
- Analytics
- Advertising networks
- Cloud synchronization
- Account login services
- Crash reporting services
Future versions of Divine Vibe may use trusted third-party services for crash reporting, subscription management, cloud synchronization, or minimal anonymous analytics. These services would operate under their own privacy policies.
Before accounts, cloud sync, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, or third-party subscription-management systems are activated, this Privacy Policy and the App Store / Google Play privacy declarations will be updated to reflect what is actually used.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all local sanctuary data at any time from the Profile screen by selecting "Clear my sanctuary."
This permanently removes:
- Garden flowers
- Ritual history
- Goals
- Mood entries
- Preferences
- Local subscription entitlement/cache status
- Your optional display name
Because most Divine Vibe data is stored locally, deleting the app will also permanently remove your sanctuary data from your device.
8. Medical Disclaimer
Divine Vibe is designed for relaxation, emotional reflection, atmosphere, and personal wellness support.
It is not a medical application and does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Mental health diagnosis
- Crisis support
- Emergency services
- Professional therapy
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your region.
9. Children's Privacy
Divine Vibe is not directed at children under the age required by local digital consent laws.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may evolve as Divine Vibe grows and new features are introduced.
Any important changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. The latest version will always be available within the app. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app before they take effect.
