Divine Vibe is created as a quiet emotional sanctuary: a place for atmosphere, reflection, gentle rituals, and personal calm.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, opening, or using Divine Vibe, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

You may stop using Divine Vibe at any time. You may also delete local app data from within the app or remove the app from your device.

2. What Divine Vibe Is

Divine Vibe is a wellness and atmosphere app designed for:

  • Relaxation
  • Emotional reflection
  • Gentle rituals
  • Ambient sound and visual experiences
  • Personal intention-setting
  • Quiet self-support

Divine Vibe is not designed to replace professional care, emergency services, medical treatment, or therapy.

3. Wellness and Non-Medical Disclaimer

Divine Vibe is not a medical application.

It does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Mental health diagnosis
  • Crisis support
  • Emergency response
  • Professional therapy
  • Treatment recommendations

The app may support calm, reflection, rest, and emotional presence, but it cannot determine what is medically or psychologically right for you.

If you are in danger, feel unsafe, or are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional in your region.

4. Your Use of the App

Please use Divine Vibe in a way that respects your own wellbeing and the purpose of the app.

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of it, or use its content in ways that harm the experience or rights of others.

Divine Vibe is meant to be a gentle space. It should not be used for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

5. Membership and Premium Features

Divine Vibe V1 includes free features and an optional monthly membership for deeper Sanctuary Spaces access. Purchases are optional, and pricing is shown clearly before purchase.

Some Sanctuary Spaces may require an active membership. Core calm experiences, including the Garden and supporting realms, remain available without membership.

Membership purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play using in-app purchase systems. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing follow the policies of the app store where you made the purchase.

Divine Vibe does not directly collect or store payment card numbers, bank details, or full payment credentials.

A Restore Purchases option is available to check Apple App Store or Google Play purchase records and restore access to previously purchased membership features.

The current V1 membership model is a single monthly membership. Annual plans, lifetime plans, multiple tiers, accounts, cloud sync, Firebase, RevenueCat, and analytics are not active in the current version.

Future versions may introduce additional optional premium features, sound packs, rituals, garden expansions, cloud sync, or other paid experiences. If those features are introduced, the Terms and Privacy Policy should be updated before they are activated.

6. Intellectual Property

Divine Vibe, including its name, design, atmosphere, writing, visual style, audio experiences, imagery, rituals, garden concepts, interface, and original content, belongs to Divine Vibe and its creator unless otherwise noted.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reproduce, modify, or use Divine Vibe's content, assets, design, or code for another product without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters deeply to Divine Vibe.

Please read the Divine Vibe Privacy Policy to understand what data is stored, how local sanctuary data works, how membership access is handled, and how future features may affect privacy.

In the current version, most sanctuary data is stored locally on your device.

8. App Availability and Changes

Divine Vibe may change over time.

Features may be added, refined, paused, removed, or improved as the app grows. We will try to make changes in a way that preserves the calm and trust of the experience.

There may be times when the app, audio, services, or future online features are unavailable due to maintenance, device issues, platform requirements, or events outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Divine Vibe is offered as a wellness and reflection tool. While care is taken to create a stable and supportive experience, we cannot promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every personal situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Divine Vibe and its creator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, emotional, financial, device-related, or consequential damages that may arise from using or being unable to use the app.

Nothing in these terms is meant to limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Children and Age Requirements

Divine Vibe is not directed at children under the age required by local digital consent laws.

If you are under the required age in your region, please use Divine Vibe only with permission from a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as Divine Vibe grows.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be revised. For significant changes, we will aim to notify users clearly within the app or through the relevant app store listing.

Continuing to use Divine Vibe after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

Governing law information will be completed before public store launch.

If a dispute ever arises, we hope first for a calm and fair resolution.
